Delete Your Account & Data

FacilityProof accounts are provisioned by an organization administrator. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email privacy@facilitymanagement.profrom the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", or ask your administrator to remove you.
• We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone, role).
• Your authentication record and any stored tax-ID last-4 reference.
• Personal location history tied to your account.

What may be retained

For legitimate business and legal reasons, the operating company may retain de-identified job records (service dates, quality scores) and billing/audit records required by law. These no longer identify you personally.
