Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of FacilityProof, operated by Facility Management Pros Inc. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. FacilityProof is an internal, professional tool with no consumer purchases.

1. Purpose

FacilityProof helps cleaning companies and their clients document, track, and evaluate cleaning services: photo documentation, GPS-based attendance verification, quality scoring, work-order management, and internal billing records.

2. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Do not share login credentials with other individuals.
• Use the app only for professional facility management.
• Do not attempt to circumvent GPS verification, submit falsified photos, or manipulate quality scores.
• Maintain the confidentiality of client facility information.

3. AI-generated scores

Quality scores produced by the AI are assessments for informational and operational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. The operator is responsible for how scores are interpreted and applied, and scores should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.

4. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as-is," without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. FacilityProof is not liable for decisions made solely on AI scores, GPS inaccuracies caused by device or environmental conditions, data loss from third-party outages, or indirect or consequential damages arising from app usage.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
